Pakistan Showcases AI Innovations at AI Everything Global 2025 in UAE
Dubai – AI Everything Global 2025, the year’s largest public-private AI gathering, kicked off on February 4 in Abu Dhabi and continues from February 5-6 in Dubai, bringing together over 500 exhibitors and 150 investors from 70 countries. Inspired by the success of GITEX, the event serves as a global platform for industry leaders, governments and innovators to explore the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Pakistan has made a strong presence at the event with 11 leading tech companies and two AI-driven startups showcasing their cutting-edge solutions under the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP). The participation is facilitated by the Commercial Section of Pakistan’s Consulate in Dubai, with over 30 Pakistani delegates actively engaging in discussions on AI-driven economic transformation.
The event features global tech powerhouses, including ASUS, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Dell, e&, Fortinet, G42, HP, IBM, Intel, Lenovo, Nokia, Oracle, Red Hat, Technology Innovation Institute (TII) and Zoom, presenting groundbreaking innovations that are reshaping governments and businesses. A key focus of the exhibition is the role of open-source AI in driving global economies and its impact on governance, enterprise solutions and public services.
AI is projected to contribute $100 billion to the UAE’s GDP by 2030, aligning with the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 and the Abu Dhabi Government Digital Strategy 2025-2027. This underscores the UAE’s commitment to becoming a global AI leader with events like AI Everything providing an essential platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
The Pakistan Pavilion was inaugurated by Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Pakistan’s Envoy to the UAE, alongside Mr. Abu Bakar, CEO of PSEB, and Trade Counselor Ali Zeb Khan. Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Tirmizi and CEO PSEB urged Pakistani tech firms to play a proactive role in AI talent development. They emphasized the importance of training and equipping the next generation with essential AI and coding skills to future-proof Pakistan’s workforce and drive technological advancement in the country.
