Requirements for Attestation of Manpower Demand Letter/Power of Attorney.

• Demand Letter/Power of Attorney issued by UAE Company in favour of Pakistani Overseas Employment Promoter duly attested by Chamber of Commerce.
• Trade/Commercial license of the Company.
• Labor Quota information copy of the company.
• Authorized signature copy.
• Overseas Employment Promoter license copy.
• Un-skilled workers Minimum salary of AED 800 Plus food, Accommodation, medical etc.
• The demand should be submitted by the PRO of the Company or attorney holder (duly signed by the concerned Protectorate of Emigrants) by the OEP or OEP him/herself.

Process of Attestation

• The company along with all documents will apply to the Community Welfare Section in the Embassy of Pakistan.
• The office will send an official letter through mail or fax to the parent company whose quota will be utilized to confirm the demand.
• If required the officer will also visit the parent company.
• After confirmation and verification, the demand will be attested.
• Charges: AED 34
• Time: Depending on the nature of the case and company confirmation the attestation may take 1-5 days.
