• Normal AED 75.00 (For 30 days)
• Urgent AED 110.00 (For 20 days)
• Executive AED 150.00 (For 7 days)

Requirements

Undertaking (notarized/attested) as per format (any supporting documents mentioned in 2-c i.e. Pakistani / Foreign passport or Resident Permit or Work Permit or Travel document)

Or Certificate from Dar-Ul-Afta / Islamic Centre (due to religion change from any to Islam only).

Note: Applicant neither can revert back to his/her previous name nor can modify name for 2nd time except female applicant (modified name with husband/father).

And

Once applicant modifies his/her name, all dependents shall also modify their registration document (if required).

Valid Foreign documents (passport/resident permit/work permit/Emirates ID)

Pakistani Document (only once and age limit of upto 5 years):

Valid Pakistani Passport OR Matriculation Certificate OR Mark Sheet (within 3 years from date of issuance)

Age Change on the basis of Birth Certificate:

Only 366 days age change is allowed on the basis of Birth Certificate (inland/foreign)
