The Pakistani authorities have introduced Juvenile Card and Child Registration Certificate (CRC) for children by capturing their biometrics including photographs and fingerprints to address several identity related problems. Therefore, applicants are hereby informed that passport applications of minors of age 10 years and above will only be processed upon presentation of Juvenile Card or Child Registration Certificate (containing fingerprints and photograph) issued by NADRA. Those intending to apply for a passport are requested to visit http:/www.nadra.gov.pk/identity/ for further information regarding Juvenile Card or CRC.
