• All the documents must already be attested by the concerned Departments of Pakistan.
• Documents must also be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan (Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta).
• Documents issued by Foreign Countries (other than Pakistan) must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of UAE.

Attestation of Power of Attorney (From UAE)

• Original Power of Attorney and 1 copy.
• 2 copies of Passport, Visa (Emirates ID), NICOP and 3 photographs of the Executant.
• Presence of Executant of attorney is mandatory.
• 2 copies of CNIC and mobile number of the Authority Holder in Pakistan.

Attestation of Power of Attorney (From Pakistan)

• Original Power of Attorney and 1 copy
• Passport or NICOP copy of the Authority Holder
• Original Power of Attorney must be completed in all respects and attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan. (Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta).

Marriage in UAE

• An Affidavit from parents for son/daughter mentioning that they have no objection to his/her Marriage in UAE.
• If the parents are not alive, a death certificate is required
• Unmarried certificate from the Union Council.
• Original affidavit, death certificate, unmarried certificate and 1 copy
• Passport copy of the applicant

Note:  All the above documents must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan (Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta).

Pension Forms or Life certificate

• Original Pension form or life certificate and 1 copy
• Passport or CNIC/NICOP copy of the applicant

Note: Applicant’s presence is mandatory for attestation of Pension form or Life certificate

Affidavit

• Original affidavit and 1 copy
• Passport and CNIC/NICOP copy

Note: Applicant’s presence is mandatory for attestation of Affidavit 

Nikah Nama/Marriage Certificate

• Original marriage certificate and 1 copy
• Husband and wife passport or CNIC/NCIOP copy

Note: Original Nikah Nama/Marriage certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan. (Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta).

Birth Certificate, Death Certificate School Certificate, Experience Certificate

• Original Birth/Death/School/Experience certificate and 1 copy
• Passport or CNIC/NCIOP copy
