Ambassador of Pakistan Meets Group CEO of Abu Dhabi Ports
Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi met today with H.E. Mohammed Juma Al Shamsi, Group CEO of Abu Dhabi Ports. The meeting reviewed the progress made on agreements/ MoUs recently signed between the two sides, and explored avenues for future collaboration in trade, logistics, and infrastructure development.
The Ambassador commended Abu Dhabi Ports Group for its commitment to strengthening economic ties between Pakistan and the UAE. The Ambassador highlighted Pakistan’s strategic focus on modernizing its transport and logistics sectors. He appreciated the progress on the collaborative initiatives between Pakistan Railways and Abu Dhabi Ports. Both sides underscored the importance of integrating technology-driven systems to optimize efficiency boosting economic activities.
H.E. Al Shamsi reaffirmed Abu Dhabi Ports’ commitment to supporting Pakistan’s vision for economic growth and regional integration. He emphasized the Group’s readiness to invest in innovative solutions to further enhance the bilateral partnership.
Both sides agreed to maintain regular engagements to ensure timely execution of joint initiatives. This partnership reflects the shared vision of Pakistan and the UAE for advancing trade, logistics, and economic connectivity in the region.
