A large number of Pakistani expatriates including doctors, ex-servicemen, engineers, doctors, educationists, businessmen, labourers and other professionals joined the celebrations. Prominent community members spoke on the need for the economic stability of Pakistan and social cohesion.

Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi in his keynote address thanked the community leaders to turn out in large numbers to meet and greet him after the lifting of the Covid restrictions. He emphasized the need to further deepen and broaden bilateral relations with the UAE especially in the economic, commercial and educational fields. Ambassador Tirmizi also extended heartiest congratulations to the people and the Government of the UAE on 51st National Day on behalf of the people and Government of Pakistan.
